Terms and Conditions – Lemon Experiences
1. General information
This document governs the terms and conditions for the use and participation in the experiences offered by Lemon Experiences (hereinafter “Organizer”), including cooking classes, workshops, and guided tours of the lemon grove.
Participation in the experiences implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings and Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of:
- A deposit equal to 20% of the total price of the experience, to be paid at the time of booking;
- The remaining balance of 80%, to be paid on the day of the experience, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.
- Failure to pay the deposit will result in the booking not being confirmed.
3. Cancellation and refund policy
The cancellation conditions are as follows (subject to change):
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the experience date: full refund (5% will be retained)
- Cancellation after 48 hours: no refund
- No-show: no refund
The Organizer reserves the right to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation or modification by the Organizer
The Organizer may cancel or reschedule an experience in the event of:
- minimum number of participants not reached
- force majeure events
- unavailability of staff or the venue
In such cases, participants may choose between:
- a full refund
- participation in a new equivalent date
7. Participants’ responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- communicating any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions prior to the experience
- following staff instructions
- properly using equipment and facilities
The Organizer is not responsible for any damage resulting from negligent behavior or failure to comply with instructions.
8. Amendments to the Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective from the date of publication.
