A traditional cooking class where you will learn how to prepare handmade fresh egg pasta, enjoy the aroma of fresh basil, and discover the secrets of a perfect tiramisu, before sitting down to enjoy everything together with an appetizer, accompanied by water, wine, and the famous Sorrento limoncello. A vegetarian version of the menu is also available.
During the Lemon Experiences cooking class, you will get hands-on in the kitchen, learning step by step how to make handmade egg pasta, rolling and shaping the dough like a real chef to create fantastic tagliatelle, gnocchi, or delicious ravioli. You will also prepare a tasty eggplant parmigiana, a classic of Campanian cuisine, and try your hand at the famous tiramisu, one of the most beloved traditional desserts. All of this takes place with the sea and sky of Sorrento as your backdrop, turning cooking into a truly unique experience.
